The Assembly, under the direction of Hon. Osumanu Abubakar, the District Chief Executive (DCE), has delivered sanitation tools and equipment to District stakeholders as part of efforts to guarantee environmental cleanliness and public health safety. Waste bins and police street lights are among the goods on display.
The District hospital -Begoro, Oboase Station, and Begoro Main Station received covered trash cans from the DCE.
The DCE clarified that the presentation was in accordance with the national sanitation exercise overseen by the Ministry for Local Government and Rural Development,
“Today’s presentation is a direct investment creating a cleaner, healthier Fanteakwa North for all”
Members present was the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Daniel Tetteh, Assembly member of Obuase Hon. Asante Osei Michael, and a few department heads and others.
