The Fanteakwa North District Assembly held a Technical Sub-Committee Meeting on 14th May, 2024 at the District Assembly Hall.
In attendance were Mr. Augustine Owusu, the Head of Works Department and Chairman of the Committee and Mr. Nanabanyin Selby, the Head of Physical Planning Department and Secretary to the Committee, as well as eight (8) members of the Committee.
Seven (7) Development Permit Applications were submitted before the House. After site visits and vetting of the applications, the Committee Recommended five (5) for approval and two (2) for Deferral by the Spatial Planning Committee.
