The Spatial Planning Committee of the Fanteakwa North District Assembly held a meeting on 10th December, 2025 to consider and take final decisions on Development Permit Applications vetted by the Technical Sub-Committee.
The meeting was attended by the District Chief Executive, Hon. Osumanu Abubakar who serves as the Chairman of the Committee, the District Coordinating Director, Mr. Daniel Tetteh, the District Physical Planner, Mr. Nanabanyin Selby who serves as the Secretary to the Committee, a representative from the Environmental Protection Authority and various Heads of Departments.
