Procurement Unit
Vision: To ensure efficiency, transparency, accountability and professionalism in all procurement activities in the district.
Mission: To harmonize the process of procurement in the public service to secure a judicious, economic and efficient use of public funds to ensure that public procurement is carried out in a fair, transparent and non- discriminatory manner while promoting a competitive local industry in the district.
The Unit coordinates technical and operational support for the achievement of procurement objectives in the district.
The unit ensures that the procurement activities are in harmony with the procurement Act, 2003(Act 633) as amended, supervises stores management and assets disposal.
The unit ensures quarterly update of procurement plan.
It is also the responsibility of the unit to ensure the availability of goods for operational requirements.
Environmental Health Unit
The Environmental Health Unit promote, regulate and enforce environmental laws to ensure health and safety standards are adhered to, through strategic collaboration.
MANDATE:
The Environmental Health and Sanitation Unit as part of our mandate to ensure conformity to environmental health and sanitation standards in accordance with Environmental laws. This can be achieved with the support from the District Assembly.

Ensuring adherence to Environmental laws would enable sustainability as every individual will have access to healthy environment, portable drinking water, food safety and improved toilet facility.

Records Management Unit
The Records Management Unit Is Headed by Principal Executive Officer (PEO) And It Is One of The Units Under the Central Administration Department.
The Functions of The Records Management Unit Are Very Critical for Ensuring That Information and Documents Are Properly Stored Confidentially and Are Easily Accessible.
Management Information System (MIS)
The MIS Unit collect, analyze and manage information to support the development, management and implementation of policies, programmes and services in the district.
FUNCTIONS
·Ensuring all ICT related programs are functioning well in the assembly
·Services and maintenance of all ICT tools in all decentralized departments and units of the assembly
·Support in public address system projecting subjecting in general assembly meetings and governmental programs that will be held in municipalities
DUTIES
·Services and maintenance of all ICT tools are installed process for use
·Support in updating, analysis of data and printing of property rate/BOP
·Issuance of the update and printing staff salary and pay slip
·Issuance of computer and ICT tools function properly
·Issuance that system use to print property rate and business operating licenses are functions
·Maintenance of all the internet facilities in the assembly
·Train staff to know how to use the ICT tools
·Ensuring all software systems HRMIS and others including; clocking devices, digital address systems are function properly.
·Assist in revenue mobilization software maintenance
·All designed staff identification, letter Heads, flyers banners and any proposal of graphic designs
