The Ministry of Information in collaboration with the Eastern Regional Co-ordinating Council (ERCC) organize this year Town Hall meeting and Exhibition in Koforidua, the Regional Capital.
The Town Hall meeting is an opportunity for the government to engage with citizenry to take suggestion, showcase government programmes and achievements and collate feedback for policy review and refinement. It also offers the opportunity for the regions to highlight progress of government interventions and projects successfully executed.
