The Hearing took place in seven (7) zones throughout the Region from Tuesday, October 21, 2025, to Thursday, October 23, 2025. At the Eastern Regional Coordination Council on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, Fanteakwa North turns falls.

The presentation was led by Hon.Osumanu abubakar, the DCE. The outline comprises

-Key Achievement ( As at September 2025)
-Outlook for 2025 and 2026
-policy outcome indicators and targets
-Expenditure by budget programme and economic classification and others.
Community people, local leaders, assembly members, the presiding member, the DCE, the DCD, and several heads of departments and units participated actively in the event.
